April Guillory Design

Hello! I'm April Guillory, Owner/Principal Designer at April Guillory Design, and I'd like to explain a little about my background and what makes my professional services unique. I graduated from UL with a Bachelor's in Fine Art and began my career at a design-build company, in sales and estimating. That was over 14 years ago, and I've been utterly immersed in the residential construction industry ever since. I've held my Real Estate license for over a decade, worked with custom builders and design clients (whilst growing a family), and won an InDesign award in 2016. This led to my launching the design firm 3 years ago. More recently, I secured my Residential Building Contractor's license.
Pursuing professionalism and knowledge has been of utmost importance to me, as I have grown, and I'm not stopping anytime soon. There's always more to learn.
Curating personal, beautiful spaces for my clients is what I do. Experience is my greatest asset. But, organization, planning, and budget mindfulness...these are the aspects of my design process that I can't imagine a build without. Making a beautiful home is a process. And, I'd like to think I offer my clients more than just ideas about what their homes could be, but a pathway to achieve their best build.
